These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AdvisorPPC MCP Connector and its remote Model Context Protocol ("MCP") server (the "Service"), operated by AdvisorPPC ("we," "us," or "our"). By connecting an advertising account, authorizing access, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

The ChatGPT app submission candidate connects to Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts through those platforms' official APIs. It can read authorized account data and, when you confirm an eligible request, take bounded write actions such as pausing or enabling a Google Ads campaign, updating its budget, or creating a paused Meta campaign draft. Other provider integrations are not part of this candidate unless they are added to a future published tool surface after separate technical and provider approval.

Each confirmable write action is presented separately before execution. The Service does not treat approval of one action as blanket approval for later changes.

2. Authorization and your responsibility

You represent that you own, control, or are authorized to manage every advertising account and client record you connect or access through the Service. You are responsible for reviewing tool results and proposed changes, maintaining appropriate provider permissions, and complying with agreements you have with clients and advertising platforms.

You remain responsible for advertising spend, campaign content, targeting, legal compliance, and every action you confirm. AdvisorPPC does not control charges billed by Google or Meta and is not a party to your agreement with either platform.

3. ChatGPT data flow

When you use the Service in ChatGPT, OpenAI sends structured tool requests to AdvisorPPC and receives tool results for processing and display in your conversation. Tool results can include advertising metrics, campaign settings, search-query text, and client workspace or CRM-style notes responsive to your request. OAuth tokens and API secrets are not intended to be returned as tool results. OpenAI's handling of information in ChatGPT is governed by the user's ChatGPT plan and settings and OpenAI's applicable terms and privacy policy. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Acceptable use

You must use the Service lawfully and in compliance with these Terms and the policies of each connected platform. You must not:

5. Official APIs only

The Service accesses Google Ads and Meta Ads through official, authorized APIs. It does not market scraping of provider web interfaces as an account-access method, and you must not use the Service to attempt unauthorized scraping or access.

6. No performance guarantee

Advertising results depend on strategy, tracking, creative, offers, budgets, market conditions, attribution, and human judgment. AdvisorPPC does not guarantee increased revenue, lower acquisition cost, successful provider approval, uninterrupted API availability, or any other advertising or financial result.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service or any third-party API will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADVISORPPC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR ADVERTISING SPEND, ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR AN ACTION YOU CONFIRMED. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and revoke provider access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms were violated, when necessary to protect users or the Service, or when a provider restricts the access on which the Service depends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When a material change is made, we will update the date above and provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at AdvisorPPC's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

12. Contact

Questions can be sent to support@advisorppc.com. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, or API secrets by email.
